Got Beef Noodle Soup

Ah-Ma's Taiwanese Kitchen has one of the best Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup in the America! I traveled around the country to try out different Taiwanese food. Even the Taiwanese restaurants in Southern California got nothing on Ah Ma's Beef Noodle Soup.

ONE dish you have to order at Ah Ma, Beef Noodle Soup!!!

Beef Noodle Soup: Beef is extremely tender and flavorful, image a huge flavor bomb just explode in your mouth, YUM YUM YUM. If you never have a good bowl of beef noodle soup, you are missing out on LIFE! This is better than steak you get at some so-called 5 star steakhouse. The chef cooked these beef at least 6 hours prior to serving it. Hand-made noodle is chewy, soaks in flavors of the broth. Great beef + hand made noodle a lot people get that done, no problem. Beef Noodle Soup is not complete until it gets some kick ass Taiwanese sour cabbage. Yes, Ah-Ma makes some awesome Taiwanese sour cabbage.

Beef Noodle Soup represents the Image of Taiwan street cuisine! There is annual beef noodle soup competition in Taiwan, we love some awesome noodle.

In additional to the beef noodle soup, do try the Lu Ruo fang, Taiwanese popcorn chicken. 3 of these dishes will make you a happy person!

P.S. Owner likes to change their menu all the time, so you don't get sick of the same food all the time. But, you will never get sick of Beef Noodle Soup, Lu Ruo fang, and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Forget about Chicken wings, get some TPC for the gameday & NFL Sunday !

5 stars food quality of course, when you go to Din Tai Fung, you know you will get some great Taiwanese food!

TIP!!! DON'T JUST ORDER SOUP DUMPLINGS!!!!!

Secret menu item is their Jia jiang mei! 炸醬麵. It is the pocket item from their founder !!! It used to be their employee meal only, but one day a customer ask the owner what is it. He said oh it is just a regular noodle dish. He offered some to the customer, and he loves it. Since that moment, owner decided to put it on their menu. YOU GOTTA ORDER IT! The meat sauce is so tasty, not too salty, not too sweet. Combine it with their special made noodle, it is like perfect couple made for each other. Fat kid loves cake, just as Din Tai Fung noodle loves this meat sauce!

Hidden steak spot in Tian Mu Taiwan

One of the best steak I ever had. This hole in the wall place is in Tian Mu Taiwan. It is across street from the traditional market. Juicy and tender steak with great mushroom sauce on top of tasty pasta. Free tea and soup are included. It only costs NT 120. It tastes even better the steak at Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

If you love food, you have to try this place in Tian Mu. After you are done, you can walk to the traditional market for Taiwanese dessert on second floor.

being sick in America

I was talking to a friend of mine earlier. He is a med student at Nova Southeastern University. Last Summer, he went to the missionary trip to Jamaica. They gave a lot medical care and treatment to many people who need help. I am very proud of him and others who do that. However, here is what I don't understand. In U.S, there are a lot people who is sick, but can't afford medical care. No money, no doctor, no medicine either. Just going to visit a Doctor cost a lot of money, after the visit, going to Pharmacist cost a lot, too. I know it's not doctor's fault that we have to pay them. I totally agree with money for service, but I just think it cost a little too much. Especially when you don't have health insurance. Health insurance cost a lot, too. I used to pay 250 dollar a month for health, dental, and vision, which is not bad at all. That is part of my benefit package. About two months ago, I got fired from my job. Now, I have no income, no insurance, with sick child. I can speak with my future doctor friend, do my own research on Web MD, will that help my son? I truly hope it will. It's not Doctor's fault that they can't help me, it's my own fault that I don't have a job. Just hope god can help me.
